Learn how to make pasta from scratch. The chefs will reveal the secrets and culinary traditions behind the use and mixing of simple fresh ingredients to make one of Italy’s most beloved foods. Most importantly, get hands-on experience with the different techniques whether it be completely by hand, with a rolling-pin or by using a pasta-making machine.
You will learn how to prepare two types of pasta with different sauces to accompany them followed by a typical Italian dessert to finish the meal. Measure your skills as a pasta maker when you sample the finished products!
