If you venture over to the other side of the river you’ll find the delicious gelato shop known as La Carraia. Given a Certificate of Excellence on TripAdvisor, this place is one you should definitely try. The influx of flavors left me a bit overwhelmed, so if you’re feeling the same way go ahead and give one of our favorite combos a try…. Caramel and Cookies. Our taster described it as The Twix of Gelato, traditionally delicious. “It was good to the last drip, I couldn’t resist licking my bowl or my fingers.”
