David Cassar has been living in Italy for over 10 years. He graduated with honors from the Russian Art Academy, where he devoted his time to mastering the anatomical aspect of figure drawing, in addition to focusing on well founded principles of color, both in landscape and portrait. When painting outdoors, he focuses on depicting a natural context by capturing a distinct moment in time.
