Ristorante Quinoa Gluten Free Florence Campus Discount

Quinoa

Florence’s first 100% gluten-free restaurant is located in one of the coolest spaces in Florence. The courtyard has been transformed into an urban garden filled with vegetables, herbs and olive trees. They are certified by the Italian Association of Celiacs which means that everything that you eat and drink is absolutely 100% gluten-free.

Some of you may think that gluten-free is synonymous with tasteless, however if you were put to blind test it is highly unlikely that you would be able to pick the difference in the bread or pasta. Plus there are plenty of meat based dishes and a scattering of asian and asian-Tuscan fusion dishes as well.

The restaurant has become so successful in Florence that they are now opening in Milan. And they have a sister restaurant in Florence called Osteria Vegetariana which is well worth a visit for their creative space and plates.

Hours of Opening:
Monday – Saturday 10:00am to 11:00pm
Sunday: 10:00am to 3:00pm

Average Price: €25

Campus Florence Discount: 10% Off

The menu at Quinoa frequently embraces an asian influence to create not just classics like Pad Thai but also asian fusion including Tuscan spring rolls and Thai burgers. All delicious!! We really love the urban garden space. It is one of Florence’s best kept secrets. A huge courtyard with outdoor seating surrounded by seasonal vegetable planter boxes.
