As Pizzagnolo, they can be more innovative, expand the menu, and manage their restaurant without the restrictions of being part of a franchise.

They will maintain their commitment to quality, local produce. Pizzagnolo has always prioritized serving pizza made from only the best and freshest ingredients. They source their grain from Tuscany and Umbria. Each bite gives you that authentic “Made in Italy” taste, combined with the aromas from the woodfire oven and their passion for making pizza!

The gluten-free pizza at Pizzagnolo is also highly praised for flavor and quality so celiacs, you don’t have to miss out on the traditional flavors of Italian pizza. It has definitely come a long way from the first attempts to make the dough without wheat!!

It is hard to go past the classic margherita pizza with bufula mozzarella — YUM! But if you’re looking to try something a little different, we recommend trying their “panuozzo”, a traditional Neapolitan panino with arugulua, tomatoes, and lots of cheese (mozzarella, scamorza, parmesan), it is delicious!
